For Samsung Galaxy A71 Back Cover Case (Hard Anti Yellow Clear Case | Drop & Camera Protection | Shockproof Polycarbonate)

Hello,
First i ordered a case, received a damaged one and after receiving the refund i ordered 2 cases and 2 screen guards from coconut cases. This time I received 2 cases and only one screenguard instead of two! When i reached out to the customer service, their reply was super slow and they had asked me for unboxing video. I did not have the video cause you had not requested one! The mail only asks for a video in case of damaged goods or missing goods! They would not accept my missing query and they stopped replying to my messages! Totally there should have been 4 coconut boxes (2 with cases and 2 with screenguards) but the cardboard box that was delivered to me was small in size to fit 4 coconut boxes! I explained this to them with pics and yet they did not fix my query! They came back to me saying 2 screenguards are in one coconut case box! My order specifies that it was pack of 1 and the quantity was 2! They would still not accept my missing query and ignored my messages! This is very disappointing service andi would definitely not order from you ever again! I ordered 2 times and both the times there were issues in the products sent! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISAPPOINTING! NOT BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN! TOTALLY PISSED!
