Return Policy for Coconut Cases

At Coconut Cases, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a hassle-free return policy to provide you with peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

Within 3 Days of Delivery:

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

  • If you do not like the product after receiving it.

Within 7 Days of Delivery:

  • If you receive a wrong product.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • If the mobile case does not fit your device correctly.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories. Excessively used, damaged, or altered products may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product images, and the reason for the return.

  3. Receive Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  4. Package the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  5. Ship the Product: Send the product back using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking details with us.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product is defective.

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.

  • An incorrect product was delivered by Coconut Cases.

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or reimburse the return shipping charges.

Refunds or Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 4 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Promotional or discounted products (unless defective or damaged).

  • Upsell products and free gifts.

  • Products returned after the applicable return period.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Non-Fit Products

Processing Timeframe
